Read in 2012

As in 2011, this will be the list of all the 'new' books I read each month.  Considering how much I read last year, I've upped my reading challenge for the year from 50 to 100 - this is my Goodreads challenge, and can be found here.

NB: I changed the challenge to 75 at the beginning of December because there were no way I was getting to 100 by the end of the year.
